Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

  • Refer a Friend is Valid from 17/01/23 to 31/12/24.
  • You must be fully registered with Medic Oncall by HCA (active status).
  • The referred candidate must be a new candidate, who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for Medic Oncall by HCA.
  • The referred candidate must mention your name during the initial contact for our record-keeping purposes and the validity of the referral, later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered.
  • The referred worker works 10+ shifts ($500 one-off payment to the referrer and referee) within 3 months of their active date.
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of Medic Oncall by HCA.
  • The bonus is remunerated via agency payroll.
  • Referral is valid for 6 months from the initial referral date.
  • The reward is offered once the referred candidate is made active.
