The Position – Locum O&G Registrar

• Dates: 12th – 19th June // 10th -17th July // 17th – 24th July
• Shifts: 0830-1630 (Monday-Friday) (Weekends off)
• Starting $150 per hour, will depend on applicant and their experience
• Will have consultant support
• On call afterhours for surgical assist Monday, Wednesday,  Fri sat and Sun.
• Oncall weekdays additional $200 for being on call afterhours. Sat and Sun $600 for being on call during day/night.
• Sunrise EMR + PAS training required
• Flights and Accommodation and give access to a car. (Hire car/Fleet car)

The Location – Port Augusta

Port Augusta is located 310 km north of Adelaide. It is known as the Crossroads because the Stuart Highway to the north heads to Alice Springs and Darwin. Places to visit Post Augusta Heritage Walk, Wadlata Outback Centre, Wadlata’s Tunnel of Time, Mural on the Hill and also Water Tower Lookout.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this O&G Registrar position, applicants must have General Registration with AHPRA and complete all required paperwork. Applicants must also have the following to be considered for this position:

• CPD (Continuous Professional Development)
• SA working with children required
• ALS2 (Advanced Life Support 2)
