The Position – Locum Paediatric Registrar

At the Mersey Community Hospital, we provide you with many treatments and services including, medical care if you are in hospital, emergency care in our Emergency Department and also care at specialist clinics if your doctor provides a referral letter.  

• Dates: 6th March – 6th May
• Shift hours: To Be Confirmed
• Rate: $1,600 per day
• Accommodation and travel provided

The Location – Burnie, TAS

Nestled on the beautiful Mersey River in North-West Tasmania, Latrobe is a charming rural town surrounded by rich, fertile farmland and just a short drive from the ocean. It is located 8 km southeast of Devonport.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this Locum Paediatric Registrar position, applicants must have General Registration with AHPRA and complete all required paperwork. Applicants must also have the below to be considered for this position:

• Working with Children’s Check
• Recent Paediatrics experience
