The Position – Locum Paediatric Registrar

Dates: 11th September – 12th November, 29th September to 1st December, 6th November to 24th November

Times: Days 0800-2030, Nights 2000-0830, Clinic 0800-1630

Rate: $1800 per day

Accommodation and travel provided

The Location – Burnie, TAS

Burnie has a dynamic cultural life with galleries, performances, exhibitions, community events and public spaces featuring buildings by contemporary Tasmanian architects and designers.  The 20,000 residents enjoy a vibrant shopping district that spills onto the beach for seafood and coffee. Fantastic food is available in Burnie’s great choice of restaurants and cafes. The best milk in the world for cheese making is produced in the area and cheese is made locally. There are well stocked deli’s and shops to tempt you with gourmet treats, including distilled whiskey.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this Locum Medical Registrar position, applicants must have General Registration with AHPRA and complete all required paperwork. Applicants must also have the following to be considered for this position:

• TAS working with vulnerable people/children
• Must have drivers license as will be rostered across Burnie, Mersey and Latrobe Hospitals
