The Position – Locum Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist

Mount Gambier Hospital and Health Service require a Locum Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist for the below periods:

• 0800 Monday 9th October and concluding on 0800 Saturday 25th November 2023
• 0800 Monday 4th December and concluding 0800 Wednesday 31st January 2024
• $3000 per rostered day inclusive of oncall and recall – flat rate
• Travel and accommodation provided
• The doctor will be required to work in liaison with the onsite Specialist O&Gs to provide outpatient clinics and O&G services for theatre lists
• The doctor will also be required to work in liaison with the onsite Staff Specialist to provide on call services
• The after-hours O&G on call will be supported by the Emergency Department medical staff
• Full details of the rostering arrangements for the placement to be made available upon confirmation of availability

The Location – Mount Gambier, South Australia

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this Locum Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist position, applicants must have Specialist Registration with AHPRA and complete all required paperwork.
