The Position – Consultant Locun Paediatrician

Consultant Locum Paediatrician required for Port Augusta Hospital in South Australia for the below urgent vacancies

• 0800 Friday 22^nd – 0800 Monday 25^th September – $3000 PER SHIFT
• 1700 Sunday 15^th October – 0800 Monday 23^rd October – $2500 per shift
• Consultant will be the only Paediatrician on site
• Locum will be on call afterhours – outpatient clinic during week days
• Port Augusta Hospital will organise Flights and Accommodation and give access to a car – (Hire car/Fleet car)
• Consultant pay rates are per 24hrs, pro rata with apply for full shifts not worked

The Location – Port Augusta, South Australia

Port Augusta has a number of attractions which are enjoyed by visitors to the city as well as residents.

The city is also known as “cross roads of Australia” because of its strategic position at the junction of three major Australian highways, and two railway lines. Additionally, it is called the gateway to the Flinders Ranges and the Outback

Fishing, sailing and canoeing are popular and dolphins are often seen out on the water. The city’s art galleries are enjoyed by many and the parks and gardens offer a beautiful place to relax.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this Consultant Locum Paediatrician position, applicants must have Specialist Registration with AHPRA and complete all required paperwork.
