The Position – Consultant Locum FACEM

Port Macquarie Base Hospital and Kempsey District Hospital require a Consultant Locum FACEM for multiple shifts in September, October and November 2023

• Rate of pay is $265.25 per hour for any 10 hour shift
• Some shifts require an oncall component which has a rate of $14.50 per hour
• There will be a mixture of day and evening shifts
• Accommodation provided for duration of placement
• Domestic airfares capped at $450 reimbursed
• Car hire provided

Dates Available

• 25th September to 27 September
• 6th October to 8th October
• 13th October to 15th October
• 18th October to 20th October
• 27th October until 1st November
• 7th November until 12th November

Port Macquarie is a coastal town located in New South Wales, Australia, known for its beautiful beaches, scenic hiking trails, and diverse range of activities. With so many things to see and do, it’s no wonder that Port Macquarie has become a popular destination for travelers.

A coastal walk from the town centre to the 19th-century Tacking Point Lighthouse offers views over waters home to whales and dolphins. Billabong Zoo is known for its koala breeding centre

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this Locum Consultant Locum FACEM position, applicants must have Specialist Registration with AHPRA and complete all required paperwork.
