The Position – Locum Consultant Anaesthetist or Provisional Fellow

Nepean Hospital require a Locum Consultant Anaesthetist or Provisional Fellow for the following:

• Contracts of 13 weeks with possible extension to 26 weeks
• Mixture of shifts between 0800-1730 Monday to Friday – no oncall or weekend required
• $2500 for Consultants (per day)
• $1000 for Provisional Fellows (per day)
• Routine sessions lists include but not limited to – orthopaedic, thoracic, vascular, urology and emergency

The Location – Kingswood, New South Wales

Kingswood, located in the western suburbs of Sydney, New South Wales, is a vibrant and diverse suburb with a lot to offer its residents. Known for its family-friendly atmosphere, convenient amenities, and close proximity to educational institutions, Kingswood is a desirable place to live and work. Approximately 15 minutes from the beautiful Blue Mountains which is known for dramatic scenery, it encompasses steep cliffs, eucalyptus forests, waterfalls and villages dotted with guesthouses, galleries and gardens. Katoomba, a major town in the area, borders Blue Mountains National Park and its bushwalking trails.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this Locum Consultant Anaesthetist position, applicants must have Specialist Registration with AHPRA and complete all required paperwork.
