The Position – Locum Paediatric Registrar

North West Regional Hospital is a modern 160-bed facility servicing Northwest Tasmania and King Island. They provide high-quality healthcare and specialist services in medical, surgical and allied health specialties through inpatient and outpatient departments.

• Dates: 6th March – 6th May
• Shift hours: To Be Confirmed
• Rate: $1,600 per day
• Accommodation and travel provided

The Location – Burnie, TAS

Burnie overlooks Emu Bay on Tasmania’s north-west coast. The city has a proud industrial past and is a vibrant place to visit. Burnie is a 35-minute drive (49 km) west of Devonport and around a 90-minute drive (110 km) from Cradle Mountain.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this Locum Paediatric Registrar position, applicants must have General Registration with AHPRA and complete all required paperwork. Applicants must also have the below to be considered for this position:

• Working with Children’s Check
• Recent Paediatrics experience
