Medic Oncall was founded in 2001 by Melissa Bennett and Dr Joseph Sgroi with the aim of providing locum and permanent medical practitioners across Australia and New Zealand to ease the burden placed on existing medical staff. 

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that optimal medical staffing levels are maintained in health services to maximise patient care. 

Medic Oncall is the only medical recruitment organisation in Australasia to have achieved RCSA Service Delivery Standard.  This Standard sets a benchmark for the highest quality service and operational efficiency in the recruitment industry.
